For thus says the High and Lofty One Who inhabits eternity,
whose name is Holy:
I dwell in the high and holy place,
with him who has a contrite and humble spirit,
To revive the spirit of the humble,
And to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
Isaiah 57:15 NKJV

The history of American Revivals are known to be rich in miraculous signs and wonders. With the presence of the Holy Spirit, the Church is UNSHAKEABLE. As Kentuckians, we know this to be true with two of the greatest American Revivals occurring right in our own back door! Of course, that being at the Red River Meeting House Revival of 1800 and the Cane Ridge Revival of 1801 during the Second Great Awakening here in the U.S. We wish to preserve this rich history by docummenting the glorious stories, pictures, and testimonies from each Revival within the state of Kentucky, especially as we begin moving into the Third Great Awakening.
Soon, we will have a KY Revival Historical Archives section organized by year and region containing each Revival reported to KY Revival Ministries. Come back soon for an updated list of Historical Revivals!
If you wish to be a partner with us as we begin developing the Kentucky Revival Historical Archieves, please contact us at revival.history@kyrevival.org.
